This 1980s party dress is reminiscent of Sleepy Hollow. It has a velvet bodice and a striped full skirt that is fully lined. The 'wedding'-style buttons in the back and on the sleeves are covered in matching stripes and fasten the full back. Can be worn slightly off the shoulder or straight on.
